What is Hacktoberfest?

Hacktoberfest is a month-long open-source celebration hosted every October by DigitalOcean, GitHub, and partners. It's an event where students and developers contribute to open-source projects and grow their skills.

Why Participate?

Who Can Join?

Any student from our college can participate. Beginners are most welcome — you don’t need prior experience to get started. If you’re into coding, design, or documentation, Hacktoberfest has something for you!

• Kickoff Session: Introduction to Hacktoberfest
• Workshop: Git & GitHub Basics
• Contribution: College Repos open for PRs
• Deadline: Submit contributions before Oct 31
